1. Who we are

This notice covers demo requests and marketing enquiries submitted through this website. It is not the candidate privacy notice. Candidate data is handled by the delivery centre you enrol with.

2. What we collect and why

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, centre or company name and an optional time window. We use these details to arrange and follow up the demo. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them unless you become a customer, when they move into the customer record. We also record limited first-party events, such as page views, application starts, checkout clicks and lead submissions, to understand how this website is used. These events go to our database and do not set a cookie or identify you to an advertising network.

3. Where data is held

Database and file storage for the platform run on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm), in the European Union. The application is hosted on Vercel. Sub-processors for this data include Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Sentry (error monitoring). A DPA is available on request.

4. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any exceptions that apply. Write to support@skillcertify.co.uk. This site sets no advertising cookies or third-party analytics and tracking scripts. For reliability we use Sentry error monitoring: when a page errors, a technical report (the error, browser type, page address) goes to Sentry; it sets no cookies here.
