1. Who you are dealing with
These terms cover the SkillCertify website. The operator is SkillCertify Ltd · Company No. 17408823 · 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. SkillCertify Ltd is a subsidiary of SkillCertify Platform LLC. This site is for centres, contractors and partners. It is not a candidate enrolment site and nothing here is an offer to sell a CSCS card or a qualification to an individual.
2. Demos
A demo request asks us to arrange a conversation. It does not reserve a time or start a subscription. We aim to reply within one working day. A centre agreement, if we reach one, is a separate document.
3. Marks
GQA, CSCS and Ofqual names and logos belong to those organisations. SkillCertify provides software. It is not an awarding organisation. Centres remain responsible for their awarding-body approvals.
